At PetShopHub, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you and your pet to love every product you receive.
Eligibility for Refund We accept refund requests within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item was not as described
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at petshophub.store@gmail.com
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We will respond within 24 to 48 hours with a solution
Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned without prior contact
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Orders where the delivery address was entered incorrectly by the customer
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Refund Processing Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
